LIQUOR AUTHORITY MEMO LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY TO: CAROL HANSON FROM: AUTHORITY SECRETARY May 21, 2012 DATE: Modification of Premises –American Legion Walter Rhodes Post No. 0111–Club SUBJECT: Liquor License –1150 Pine Street Authority Secretary ORIGINATING DEPARTMENT: SUMMARY: The licensee, American Legion Walter Rhodes No. 0111 has submitted an applicationfor modification of premises for their Club liquor license at 1150 Pine Street. The back portion of the establishment is going to be leased to a brewer so needs to be removed from the current premises. The establishment wishes to still use a portion of the patio (the portion next to their premises) on the south side of their building and add a patio on the east side of the building. The patio on the south side will be split between the Legion and the new brewery. The applicant will mark the shared patio and put a barrier between the two spaces. RECOMMENDATION: Authority approve the modification of premisesapplication for a Club Liquor License for American Legion Walter Rhodes Post No. 0111 –1150 Pine Street.
