Either party <br /> may by similar notice given, change the address to which future notices or other <br /> communications shall be sent. <br /> 20.0 EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER <br /> 20.1 Contractor will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment <br /> because of age 40 and over, race, sex, color, religion, national origin, disability, <br /> genetic information, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any other applicable <br /> status protected by state or local law. Contractor agrees to post in conspicuous places, available to <br /> employees and applicants for employment, notice to be provided by an agency of <br /> the federal government, setting forth the provisions of the Equal Opportunity Laws. <br /> 20.2 Contractor shall be in compliance with the applicable provisions of the American <br /> with Disabilities Act as enacted and from time to time amended and any other <br /> applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations. A signed, written certificate <br /> stating compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act may be requested at <br /> any time during the life of this Agreement or any renewal thereof. <br /> 8 <br />
