Louisville City Council Meeting <br />February 6, 2001 <br />Page 5. <br /> <br />Louisville Historical Commission - 2 vacancies - four-year terms expiring January 2005. <br />Davidson appointed William Unrau and Aline Steinbaugh to the Historical Commission. <br /> <br />Louisville Arts & Humanities Council - 2 three-year terms expiring January 2004. <br />Davidson appointed Madge Montgomery and Lyla Hamilton as the alternate member. <br /> <br />Local Licensing Authority - 2 vacancies - I four-year term expiring January 2005, and 1 <br />two-year associate term expiring January 2003. Davidson appointed Michael Koertje to <br />the four year term and Karen Sackett, as associate, to the two year term. <br /> <br />Louisville Library Board of Trustees - 1 vacancy - five-year term expiring January 2007. <br />Davidson moved that Council appoint Alice Mahoney, Seconded by Keany. All in favor. <br /> <br />Board of Adjustment - 2 vacancies - three-year terms expiring January 2004. Davidson <br />moved that Council appoint Scott Kuhna and Casey Stengler, seconded by Keany. All in <br />favor. <br /> <br />Louisville Citizens Open Space Advisory Board - 1 vacancy - three-year alternate term <br />expiring January 2004. Brown moved that Council appoint Cary Tengler, seconded by <br />Keany. All in favor. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION - CERTIFICATION OF ACHIEVEMENT FOR <br />EXCELLENCE IN FINANCIAl. REPORTING & DISTINGUISHED BUDGET <br />PRESENTATION AWARD <br /> <br />City Administrator Bill Simmons announced that the City of Louisville has been awarded <br />the Certification of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting and Distinguished <br />Budget Presentation Award. The Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) award <br />is for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1999, and represents the 10m consecutive year <br />the City of Louisville has received the award. The City was also awarded the <br />Distinguished Budget Presentation Award for the 2000 fiscal year. This is the I 1th <br />consecutive year that the City has received this award. <br /> <br />Mayor Davidson and the City Council recognized Finance Director Dianne Ray and the <br />Finance Department for excellence in financial reporting and an outstanding budget <br />presentation. Dianne Ray accepted the awards on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />Finance Director Dianne Ray thanked the Mayor and Council for their support. She <br />expressed her appreciation to the Finance Staff stating that the Department operates as a <br />team. <br /> <br /> <br />
