Developed historic preservation <br />commercial incentives for Council consideration. <br /> Work closely with the Takoda Metropolitan District to quickly and <br />effectively resolve planning, public works, parks and open space, and <br />public safety issues as the development proceeds. <br /> Continued the efforts to have the Northwest Rail and Louisville Station <br />constructed as proposed in the FasTracks plan approved by voters in <br />2004, which Louisville residents and businesses have been paying taxes <br />for since 2005. <br /> Developed a concept plan and worked with all stakeholders to determine <br />costs and implementation plan for BNSF and Short Street Underpass. <br /> Continued work on development of a 10-year plan that identifies the <br />critical system infrastructure and water resource needs, when those needs <br />will be satisfied, and how those needs will be funded. <br /> Completed annual market study of compensation and key benefits, <br />completed review of position and Citywide turnover rates and <br />retention/recruitment issues, and identified adjustments needed to <br />maintain competitiveness. <br /> Developed and issued an RFP for a Library Automated Materials Handling <br />System. Evaluated responses and received Council approval. <br /> Completed major elements of the GIS system: <br /> Performed census data calculations and Ward redistricting. <br />o <br /> Received and linked planimetric data from flyover. <br />o <br /> Continued work on infrastructure data layer. <br />o <br /> Completed open space zoning and City-wide zoning. <br />o <br /> Coordinated business retention and recruitment activities. Recommended <br />numerous business assistance packages and made regular staff visits <br />with local business leaders. <br /> Updated the City’s investment policy to comply with generally accepted <br />industry standards and Colorado Revised Statutes. <br /> Developed a Golf Course Strategic Plan, a Golf Course Improvement <br />Plan, and a Golf Course Master Plan. <br /> Finalized City-wide Pedestrian and Bicycle Friendly Community Policy and <br />initiated individual Neighborhood Pedestrian, Bicycle, and Traffic Calming <br />Action Plans. <br />3 <br />15 <br />
