McCaslin Blvd. <br />Authority Secretary <br />: <br />ORIGINATING DEPARTMENT <br />SUMMARY: <br />The licensee, Conoco/Circle K#2706526has submitted an application for renewal of its 3.2% <br />Beer Retail License (Off Premises) at 520 S.
