• <br />• <br />• <br />Minutes of HFAB Meeting <br />November 1, 2000 <br />1. Howard called the meeting to order and October minutes were approved. <br />2. Arbor Day - Carrabbas will supply food for all runners of a fun run and sell food to others <br />and they will also pay for advertising. Specific planning should be in December. Joint <br />meeting with LRCAB should be arranged. <br />3. Brad - Capital projects update: Trees and shrubs at Meadow Park planted. Irrigation and <br />concrete work in progress. Gateway is complete except for sod and some trees. Cherry <br />Street — installing stones and perennials. The sandblasting on the Arboretum signs has <br />been completed and the plantings around the signs should be done by spring. <br />4. Revised goals of the board reviewed. <br />5. Reviewed Bylaws that Susan distributed. Unresolved items are term limits and voting <br />procedures. <br />6. No implementation of new gateways next year due to the budget. <br />7. Betty checked with the extension and they have approved aid from the Master Gardeners. <br />8. Howard leaves at the end of January or December. <br />9. The next meeting will be on Wednesday, December 6, 2000. <br />
