<br />RESOLUTION NO. 11 <br />SERIES 1995 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT OF A <br />FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR ST. LOUIS CATHOLIC CHURCH <br />CHILD CARE FACILITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by the St. Louis <br />Catholic Church, a request for an Amendment to the Final PUD Development Plan expansion of <br />the existing child care facility at 90 I Grant A venue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Amendment to the Final PUD Development Plan <br />have been reviewed in conjunction with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, <br />and related policies; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Amendment, the <br />Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council with conditions of approval; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that an Amendment to the Final PUD Development <br />Plan should be approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />J. Applicant shall work with Stqtl on a parking management plan. The <br />parking management plan shall he approved by City Council prior to the <br />issuance (?f' a Certificate l?l Occupancy, (CO); <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall reinstate additional landscaping along Grant Avenue <br />adjacent to the courtyard to provide some shadingfor the outside play area; <br /> <br />3. The applicant shall reinstate landscaping into the PUD that is acceptable <br />to Staff: which will provide a minimum l?1'32 % site coverage. <br />
