<br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1995 BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUES AND
<br />APPROPRIATIONS IN THE GENERAL, COMBINED CAPITAL, CONSERVATION
<br />TRUST, AND CAPITAL PROJECTS FUNDS FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE,
<br />COWRADO
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a need exists for appropriating additional sums of money in the General, Combined
<br />Capital, Conservation Trust and Capital Projects Funds to defray expenses in excess of amounts
<br />budgeted, and;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenue not assured at the time of the adoption
<br />of the budget, from sources other than the City's local property tax mill levy, in the General,
<br />Combined Capital, Conservation Trust and Capital Projects Funds.
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />WUISVILLE, COWRADO;
<br />
<br />Section 1. That the 1995 General Fund Revenues are hereby increased from $7,445,295 to
<br />$7,879,090 and the 1995 General Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from $7,445,295 to
<br />$7,879,090 as provided in Appendix A, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
<br />
<br />Section 2. That the 1995 Combined Capital Fund Revenues are hereby increased from
<br />$2,730,100 to $3,774,645 and the 1995 Combined Capital Fund Appropriations are hereby
<br />increased from $2,730,100 to $3,774,645 as provided in Appendix B, attached hereto and
<br />incorporated herein.

<br />Section 3. That the 1995 Conservation Trust Fund Revenues are hereby increased from $715,555
<br />to $1,008,190 and the 1995 Conservation Trust Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from
<br />$715,555 to $1,008,190 as provided in Appendix C, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
<br />
<br />Section 4. That the 1995 Capital Projects Fund Revenues are hereby increased from $1,612,185
<br />to $1,782, 160 and the 1995 Capital Projects Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from
<br />$1,612,185 to $1,782,160 as provided in Appendix D, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
