<br />RESOLUTION NO.2 <br />SERIES 1995 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION REPLA T <br />AND AN AMENDMENT TO A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />FOR THE IN-KEEPER SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, for approval, a Final <br />Subdivision Replat and an Amendment to a Final PUD Development Plan for the In-Keeper <br />Subdivision, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final Subdivision Replat and Final PUD <br />Development Plan have been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found to <br />be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related <br />policies; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final <br />Subdivision Replat and Amendment to a Final PUD Development Plan, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval to the City Council with conditions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final Subdivision Replat and Amendment <br />to a Final PUD Development Plan for the In-Keeper Subdivision, should be approved with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Construction acceptance (?I' all public improvements, included the BNRR <br />crossing improvements, shall be received prior to the issuance of a Cert{ficate of <br />Occupancy; <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall initiate a request to change the name of Cherry Street to <br />West Street; <br /> <br />3. Construction traffic shall not use East Street; <br /> <br />4. The Subdivider shall provide additional trees along the westerly 15' strip <br />clustered in the southwest corner C?l'the development to screen the buildings; <br /> <br />5. At the City 's request, the Subdivider shall develop one-hatl'the width C?I' Cherry <br />Street along the easterly J 50feet qf property frontage; <br /> <br />6. The ident(fication sign on the north elevation of the two story storage building <br />shall not be illuminated past the hour ql'1 0:00 p. m. <br />
