.3 -I #01496019 02/02/95 03:17 PM REAL ESTATE RECORDS F2034 CHARLOTTE HOUSTON BOULDER CNTY CO RECORDER JAN 1 2 1995 RESOLUTION NO. 71 SERIES 1994 A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE NEODATA SERVICES, INC., CENTENNIAL VALLEY FILING NO.3, SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT WHEREAS, the City of Louisville, Colorado, and NEOSERV (CO) QRS 10-13, Inc., NEOSERV (CO) QRS 11-8, Inc., and NEODATA SERVICES, Inc. (hereafter referred to as "Subdivider"), entered into a Subdivision Agreement dated March 25, 1993, relating to Centennial Valley Filing No.3; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider has requested an amendment to paragraph 8.2 of the Subdivision Agreement to permit additional time to complete the extension of Centennial Court; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that such additional time would not be detrimental to the City under the conditions set forth below. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: 1. Paragraph 8.2 of the Neodata Services, Inc., Centennial Valley Filing No.3, Subdivision Agreement, dated March 25, 1993, is amended by the addition of the following sentences: / Subdivider shall complete the extension of Centennial Court from Centennial Parkway by December 31, 1995 or by such earlier date as the Planning Director of the City of Louisville may reasonably determine. Subdivider shall, after approval of this amendment by the Louisville City Council, promptly submit to the City an Improvement Guarantee as required by this Subdivision Agreement for completion of such extension. 2. Subdivider I s approval of this amendment to the Subdivision Agreement shall be given by signing this Resolution in the spaces provided below.
