<br />RESOLUTION NO. 70 <br />SERIES 1994 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEMPORARY USE PERMIT <br />FOR A TEMPORARY OFFICE BUILDING, LOT 8, <br />FOR ALVENUS PARK SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by Alvenus Park, <br />Ltd., a request for approval for a Temporary Use Permit for a Temporary Office Building, Lot <br />8, Alvenus Park Subdivision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Temporary Use Permit have been reviewed by <br />City staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning <br />ordinances, subdivision regulations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Temporary Use <br />Permit, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. This temporary use shall tenninate and the site be restored 30 days after <br />issuance Qf any cert!ficate Qf occupancy for the proposed office building on <br />Lot 1, Alvenus Park, or July 31, 1995, whirhpvPr {)(y'ur.. fir..t,' <br /> <br />2. This temporary use shall not commence until building plans for the <br />proposed permanent office building on Lot 1 have been submitted for a <br />building permit; <br /> <br />3. The proposed temporary structures shall comply with the u.B. C. and be <br />adequately tied down; <br /> <br />4. The parking area shall be gravel suifaced and large enough to <br />accommodate a minimum of 11 vehicles. Access to the parking area shall <br />befrom one driveway entrance. Two of the spaces shall be hard suifaced <br />and handicapped accessible,' <br /> <br />5. Improvements required for water and sewer service installation shall meet <br />City Qf Louisville Design and Construction Standards and all fees shall be <br />paid at the time Qf connection. <br />
