<br />RESOLUTION NO. 64 <br />SERIES 1994 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A <br />FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />STAIRS INCORPORATED <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by Mr. Larry <br />Thompson, a request to approve a Final PUD Development Plan for Stairs Incorporated, on Lot 14, <br />Block 2 of the Colorado Technological Center; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been reviewed <br />by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning <br />ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council approval with <br />conditions of approval; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final PUD Development Plan for Stairs <br />Incorporated should be approved subject to the following condition: <br /> <br />1. Note that the existing gas pump at the southwest corner of the property shall be <br />removed; <br /> <br />2. Revise plan to show extension of paved parking area to the west to add two more <br />parking spaces. Show oveiflow parking area with appropriate curb cut on adjacent <br />property to the south under the same ownership; <br /> <br />3. Note on plan that there will be no outside storage; <br /> <br />4. Show legal description and any existing easements on the plan; <br /> <br />5. Add the following note to the PUD: "Sidewalk improvements shall be installed at the <br />expense qf the property owner pursuant to a master sidewalk plan for eTC, approved <br />by the City;" <br /> <br />6. Revise the north arrow and title to be more readable; <br />
