<br />RESOLUTION NO. 63 <br />SERIES 1994 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A <br />FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT AND <br />FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />FOR THE GARDEN PATH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for approval <br />of a Final Subdivision Plat and Final PUD Development Plan for by The Garden Path; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the request have been reviewed by City Staff and the <br />Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, <br />subdivision regulations, and related policies; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final Subdivision <br />Plat and Final PUD Development Plan, the Planning Commission approved a recommendation <br />of approval with conditions to the City Council; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final Subdivision Plat and Final PUD <br />Development Plan should be approved, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The public land dedication shall be satisfied by dedication of Tract A,' <br /> <br />2. Drainage report shall be reviewed by City Engineer and found to be in compliance with <br />City's drainage criteria, prior to City Council approval,' <br /> <br />3. The applicant shall amend the Final PUD Development Plan to reflect that the <br />applicant shall maintain Tract A,' <br /> <br />4. The applicant shall amend this Final PUD Development Plan to reflect a 5 year <br />completion date for Phase II. <br />
