<br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1994 BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUES,
<br />APPROPRIATIONS, AND RESERVES IN THE GENERAL, CEMETERY,
<br />CONSERVATION TRUST, DEBT SERVICE, CAPITAL PROJECTS, WATER, SEWER,
<br />GOLF COURSE, FLEET AND EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT, AND SELF INSURANCE
<br />FUNDS FOR THE CITY OF WUISVILLE, COWRADO
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a need exists for appropriating additional sums of money in the General, Cemetery,
<br />Conservation Trust, Debt Service, Capital Projects, Water, Sewer, Golf Course, Fleet and
<br />Equipment Management, and Self Insurance Funds to defray expenses in excess of amounts
<br />budgeted, and;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenue not assured at the time of the adoption
<br />of the budget, from sources other than the City's local property tax mill levy, in the General,
<br />Cemetery, Conservation Trust, Debt Service, Capital Projects, Water, Sewer, Golf Course, Fleet
<br />and Equipment Management, and Self Insurance Funds, and;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, in accordance with the Amendment ("Amendment One") adding Article X, Section
<br />20 to the Colorado Constitution approved by the voters on November 3, 1992, the City wishes
<br />to increase reserves in the various City funds for the purposes of such funds, which reserves are
<br />different from the so-called "emergency reserves" described in paragraph (5) of Amendment One.
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />LOUISVILLE, COWRADO;
<br />
<br />Section 1. That the 1994 General Fund Revenues are hereby increased from $6,862,860 to
<br />$7,962,860 and the 1994 General Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from $6,862,860 to
<br />$7,962,860 as provided in Appendix A, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
<br />
<br />Section 2. That the 1994 Cemetery Fund Revenues are hereby increased from $22,900 to $25,200
<br />and the 1994 Cemetery Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from $22,900 to $25,200 as
<br />provided in Appendix B, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
<br />
<br />Section 3. That the 1994 Conservation Trust Fund Revenues are hereby increased from $615,125
<br />to $2,220,125 and the 1994 Conservation Trust Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from
<br />$615,125 to $2,220,125 as provided in Appendix C, attached hereto and incorporated herein.

<br />Section 4. That the 1994 Debt Service Fund Revenues are hereby increased from $91,315 to
<br />$95,905 and the 1994 Debt Service Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from $91,315 to
<br />$95,905 as provided in Appendix D, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
<br />
<br />Section 5. That the 1994 Capital Projects Fund Revenues are hereby increased from $1,109,985
<br />to $1,359,985 and the 1994 Capital Projects Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from
<br />$1,109,985 to $1,359,985 as provided in Appendix E, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
