<br />RESOLUTION NO. 57 <br />SERIES 1994 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND <br />CENTENNIAL VALLEY, PARCEL 0, FILING 5 A REPLAT OF <br />CENTENNIAL V ALLEY PARCEL 0, FILING NO.3 <br />APPLEBEE'S AND DENNY'S <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by RCI West, Inc. <br />a request for approval of a Final Subdivision Rep1at and a Final PUD Development Plan for Lot <br />5, Centennial Valley Parcel 0, Filing No.3; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final Subdivision Replat and PUD Development <br />Plan have been reviewed by city staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance <br />with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final Subdivision <br />Rep1at and PUD Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council <br />approval with conditions; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final Subdivision Replat and <br />PUD Development Plan for Lot 5, Centennial Valley Parcel 0, Filing No.3 should be approved <br />subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Reciprocal easements for ingress/egress parking and utilities must be dedicated by <br />separate instrument and recording information noted on final plat prior to <br />recording offinal plat; <br /> <br />2. Bike racks shall be added to the PUDfor a minimum of 12 bicycles,' <br /> <br />3. A directional sign shall be installed at ingress/egress of customer parking areas for <br />Lot 5 identttYing location; <br /> <br />4. Any external building lighting for Denny's shall be shown on the PUD prior to <br />review by City Council; <br /> <br />5. Note #19 and #20, on PUD sheet 2, shall be corrected to indicated 16' poles. <br />
