<br />RESOLUTION NO. 56 <br />SERIES 1994 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A <br />FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />TRITON ENGINEERING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by O'Connor <br />Construction, a request to approve a Final PUD Development Plan for Triton Engineering, on Lot <br />1, Block 7 of the Colorado Technological Center; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been reviewed <br />by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning <br />ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council approval with <br />conditions of approval; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final PUD Development Plan for Triton <br />Engineering should be approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />J. The site summary il!formation must be revised to correctly reflect revisions to the plan <br /> <br />2. The building elevations on sheet A2 must be correctly labeled. The elevation labeled <br />north is actually the east elevation; The elevation labeled south is actually the west <br />elevation; The elevation labeled west is actually the south elevation; The elevation <br />labeled east is actually the north elevation; <br /> <br />3. The vicinity map must show the correct location; <br /> <br />4. Location of monument sign must be shown; <br /> <br />5. Improvements to west side of Arthur Avenue must be shown; <br /> <br />6. Shared access and parking easement must be shown on plan and dedicated by separate <br />instrument prior to review by City Council; <br /> <br />7. A land\'cape berm, 2-3feet high, and/or shrubs shall be provided within the landscape <br />setbacks along Arthur Avenue and Cherry Street to screen the proposed parking lots and <br />loading areas; <br />
