<br />RESOLUTION NO. 55 <br />SERIES 1994 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF A <br />SPECIAL REVIEW USE FOR ST. LOUIS CATHOLIC CHURCH <br />CHILD CARE FACILITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by the St. Louis <br />Catholic Church, a request to extend a Special Review Use to authorize the continued operation <br />of a child care facility at 902 Grant A venue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Special Review Use have been reviewed in <br />conjunction with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, special review use <br />regulations, and related policies; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Special Review <br />Use, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council with conditions of <br />approval; and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that an extension of the Special Review Use should <br />be approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The use shall terminate upon completion of the new St. Louis daycare center at 901 <br />Grant Street, or until October 18, 1995, whichever occurs first,' <br /> <br />2. The existing on-site outside play area shall not be utilized. The applicant shall <br />utilize an off-site play area which is safely accessible,. <br /> <br />3. The applicant shall submit and enforce a traffic circulation plan and schedule <br />which avoids traffic congestion in the immediate neighborhood. <br />
