<br />RESOLUTION NO. 54, <br />SERIES 1994 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, <br />COLORADO FINDING SUBSTANTIAL COMPLIANCE OF A PETITION FOR <br />ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FILED BY THE LOUISVIEW <br />CORPORATION TO BE KNOWN AS THE GATEWAY ANNEXATION, AND <br />SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING THEREON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a petition for annexation of certain property, to be known as the Gateway <br />Annexation, has been filed with the City Council of the City of Louisville; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the petition; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to permit simultaneous consideration of the subject <br />property for annexation and for zoning, if requested in the petition; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to adopt by Resolution, its findings in regard to the <br />petition; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City Of <br />Louisville, Colorado: <br /> <br />Section 1 - The annexation petition attached hereto is in substantial compliance with the <br />applicable laws of the State of Colorado; <br /> <br />Section 2 - No election is required under Section 31-12-107(2), C.RS.; <br /> <br />Section 1 - No additional terms and conditions are to be imposed, except any provided for <br />in the petition; <br /> <br />Sf'..ction 4 - The City Council will hold a public hearing for the purpose of determining if <br />the proposed annexation complies with Section 31-12-104, C.RS., and with Section 31- <br />12-105, C.RS., as applicable, and will hold a public hearing to determine the appropriate <br />zoning of the subject property if requested in the petition, at the Louisville City Council <br />Chambers, 749 Main St., Louisville, Colorado 80027, on December 6, 1994 at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Sf'..ction :'i - The City Clerk is authorized to give all notices as required by law. Any person <br />may appear at such hearing and present evidence relative to the proposed annexation, or <br />the proposed zoning if requested in the petition; <br />
