<br />RESOLUTION NO. 24 <br />SERIES 1994 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT (WTS 1-3) <br />AND A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN (WT 2) FOR EASTCOR <br />LIMITED LIABILITY CO. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by EastCor Limited <br />Liability Co., represented by Mr. Timothy Hadjis, a request for approval of a Final Subdivision <br />Plat and a Final PUD Development Plan for Century Office Park Subdivision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final Subdivision Plat and Final PUD <br />Development Plan have been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found to <br />be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final Subdivision <br />Plat and Final PUD Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended to the City <br />Council approval with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The applicant shall pay a cash-in-lieu fee of land dedication in the amount of <br />$10,000 (ten thousand dollars) prior to issuance of building permits; <br /> <br />2. A subdivision agreement shall be executed prior to the recording of the Final <br />Subdivision Plat; <br /> <br />3. Century Circle shall be postedfor no parking; <br /> <br />4. Freestanding monument sign for Lot 2 shall not be illuminated by an interior light <br />source; <br /> <br />5. All caliper and height landscape materials shall comply with Gateway Design <br />Guidelines. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final Subdivision Plat and Final PUD <br />Development Plan for the Century Office Park should be approved; <br />
