<br />RESOLUTION NO. 23 <br />SERIES 1994 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Council set a goal to adopt an action oriented plan to address environmental <br />concerns and Bob Stoddard has provided leadership in reaching this goal; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, programs such as the "Don't Bag It" yard clippings, circle, diamond, square water <br />conservation, Christmas tree mulching, Louisville Recycling Center and building <br />code reviews are a few of the resource conservation activities Bob Stoddard <br />helped undertake; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Bob Stoddard served the City of Louisville as a member of the Resource <br />Conservation Advisory Board from June 1992 to February 1994; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the services of Bob Stoddard were unselfish and unstinting; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such services have resulted in the orderly growth and continued prosperity of the <br />City of Louisville and have materially contributed to the accomplishments of the <br />goals and programs of the City of Louisville; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that this resolution commending the volunteer <br />services of Bob Stoddard be presented to him as evidence of the appreciation of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado for his services. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Louisville hereby <br />declare this 15th day of March 1994 that Bob Stoddard be made an Honorary Citizen of the <br />City of Louisville, for now and forever more. <br /> <br />.,-- <br /> <br />~ <br />(uJ-.... .,~ ~~ <br />Tom Davidson, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />
