<br />RESOLUTION NO. 22 <br />SERIES 1994 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Stephen Garretson was originally appointed to the Recycling Board and was <br />instrumental with the additional duties the board undertook as the Louisville <br />Resource Conservation Advisory Board; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Council set a goal to adopt an action oriented plan to address environmental <br />concerns and Stephen GalTetson has provided leadership in implementing this goal; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in his own daily life, Stephen Garretson has served as a role model promoting <br />ecological resource conservation; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Stephen GalTetson served the City of Louisville as a member of the Resource <br />Conservation Advisory Board from January 1990 to February 1994; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the services of Stephen Garretson were unselfish and unstinting; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such services have resulted in the orderly growth and continued prosperity of the <br />City of Louisville and have materially contributed to the accomplishments of the <br />goals and programs of the City of Louisville; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that this resolution commending the volunteer <br />services of Stephen GalTetson be presented to him as evidence of the appreciation of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado for his services. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Louisville hereby <br />declare this 15th day of March 1994 that Stephen GalTetson be made an Honorary Citizen of the <br />City of Louisville, for now and forever more. <br /> <br />r- (u~ ~~, <br />Tom Davidson, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />
