<br />RESOLUTION NO. 20 <br />SERIES 1994 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEMPORARY USE PERMIT <br />FOR JOHN COLIP <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by John Colip, a <br />request for approval of a Temporary Use Permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Temporary Use Permit have been reviewed by city <br />staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning <br />ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Temporary Use <br />Permit, the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council approval with conditions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Temporary Use Permit for John Colip should <br />be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The Temporary Use Permit shall be granted to the applicant only. <br /> <br />2. The Temporary Use Permit shall be granted for a period not to <br />exceed eight months from the date of permit approval. <br /> <br />3. The applicant shall provide a drainage plan to the Department <br />of Public Works. <br /> <br />4. Signage shall be attached to the building. No free standing <br />signage is authorized. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve the Temporary Use Permit for John Colip. <br /> <br />DE/~ lED <br /> <br />Z /5 (94 <br />
