<br />8. A note shall be added to the PUD not allowing deciduous trees to be <br />planted within 5 feet or coniferous trees within 10 feet of a public <br />sidewalk or curb; <br /> <br />9. A note shall be added requiring the property owner to maintain the <br />landscaping located within the right-of-way adjacent to their lot; <br /> <br />10. A note shall be added to the PUD requiring public improvement plans <br />to be submitted for review and approval by the Public Works Department <br />prior to any construction; <br /> <br />II. Correctly identify adjacent property to the south as Townhomes at <br />Coal Creek; <br /> <br />12. Site lighting shall be designed to have minimum impact on adjoining <br />properties through either a reduction in wattage or lowering height <br />of light standards; <br /> <br />13. Surface drainage from Lot 1, Cherry Street Technical Park, be handled <br />by resurfacing the drainage system and detention area of this proposal; <br /> <br />14. The proposed utility easement vacations are not approved and shall be <br />shown remaining on the final plat; <br /> <br />15. Correctly identify adjacent property to the south as Townhomes at Coal <br />Creek. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve the Final Subdivision Replat and PUD Development Plan for Cheng's <br />Place.
