<br />RESOLUTION NO. 18 <br />SERIES 1994 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PUD DEVEWPMENT PLAN <br />FOR CONOCO INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by Galloway, Romero <br />& Assoc. a request for approval of a Final PUD Development Plan for Conoco Inc.; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been reviewed <br />by city staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning <br />ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council approval without <br />conditions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final PUD Development Plan for Conoco Inc. <br />should be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. PUD Plan shall be revised to show a relocation of vent risers <br />to dumpster location area; <br /> <br />2. Tree calipers shall be increased to 2'1/2" minimum for deciduous <br />and ornamental trees. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve the Final PUD Development Plan for Conoco, Inc. A copy of the <br />Final PUD Development Plan is attached hereto. <br />
