<br />RESOLUTION NO. 17 <br />SERIES 1994 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PUD DEVEWPMENT PLAN <br />FOR 1ST BANK OF BOULDER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by 1st Bank of Boulder <br />a request for approval of a Final PUD Development Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been reviewed <br />by city staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning <br />ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council approval with <br />conditions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final PUD Development Plan for 1st Bank of <br />Boulder should be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Eliminate proposed monument sign; <br /> <br />2. All 56 on site spaces may be develop without deferral; <br /> <br />3. Signage shall comply with Centennial Market Place design <br />standards; <br /> <br />4. Landscaping note on page 2 shall be amended to state, <br />"The following is a general listing of plant material, final <br />selection of plant material would include, but is not limited <br />to, specific varieties as shown"; <br /> <br />5. Pedestrian access shall be provided from West Cherry Street; <br /> <br />6. Full consideration shall be given to shared access between <br />lots 8 and 9 with respect to safety and efficiency of traffic <br />movements; <br /> <br />7. Proposed light standards shall not exceed 16' feet in height <br />from finished grade. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve the Final PUD Development Plan for 1 st Bank of Boulder. A copy <br />of the Final PUD Development Plan is attached hereto. <br />
