<br />RESOLUTION NO.7 <br />SERIES 1994 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION REPLA T <br />AND A FINAL PUD DEVEWPMENT PLAN FOR FRONT COURT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by John Hickman <br />and Narain Schroeder a request for approval of a Final Subdivision Replat and a Final PUD <br />Development Plan for Front Court Subdivision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final Subdivision Replat and Final PUD <br />Development Plan have been reviewed by city staff and the Planning Commission and found to <br />be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final Subdivision <br />Replat and Final PUD Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommends approval to <br />the City Council approval without condition; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final Subdivision Replat and Final PUD <br />Development Plan for Front Court should be approved with the following conditons; <br /> <br />I. The PUD shall, by note, prohibit on street parking on Front Street from County Road <br />to the partial cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />2. The sidewalk on the south side of Front Street may be eliminated from the PUD. <br /> <br />3. The applicant shall enter into an agreement with the City of Louisville to incorporate the 6 <br />foot wide "acme terrace remnant" <br />located adjacent and parallel to Lot 5 into the County Road right of way. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve the Final Subdivision Replat and Final PUD <br />Development Plan for Front Court. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of February, 1994 <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br />~])w~- <br /> <br />Tom Davidson, Mayor <br />City of Louisville, Colorado <br /> <br />
