#01574815 01/05/96 03:40 PM REAL ESTATE RECORDS F2099 CHARLOTTE HOUSTON BOULDER CNTY CO RECORDER ORDINANCE NO. 1177 SERIES 1994 AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING BY QUIT CLAIM DEED ANY TITLE AND INTEREST OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE IN AN EASEMENT LOCATED WITHIN LOT 1, BLOCK 1, CENTENNIAL VALLEY BUSINESS PARK, FILING NO. 3. WHEREAS, the current owner of real property, described as Lot 1, Block 1, Centennial Valley Business Park, Filing No. 3, through which the City has an easement, has requested that portions of a certain easement for utility purposes be transferred by quit claim deed to the current owner; and WHEREAS, the City's interest in the easement was acquired by dedication as set forth on the Subdivision Plat of Centennial Valley Business Park, Filing No. 3, City of Louisville, Boulder County; and WHEREAS, there are no utilities located in this easement; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that such easement is not needed for any public use; and WHEREAS, such easement is not being used or held for park purposes or for any other governmental purpose; and WHEREAS, the easement is located within the corporate limits of the City of Louisville. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. Any title and interest of the City of Louisville in portions of a 20 foot wide utility easement as described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, shall be transferred by quit claim deed to the current owners of the affected property, such property being Lot 1, Block 1, Centennial Valley Business Park, Filing No. 3, a subdivision of the City of Louisville, County of Boulder, State of Colorado. Section 2.
