Local Licensing Authority <br />Minutes <br />November 26, 2012 <br />Page 3of 3 <br />Officer Redard stated there was a third person at the table, not just the two <br />individuals reportedly involved in the scuffle. He reported having seen a <br />surveillance video from the establishment which did not clearly indicate a <br />confrontation. He watched it repeatedly and felt itdid not clearly show a fight <br />but a reaction to afall by one patron. When the patrons began to confront <br />one another, the staff at the establishment could be seen picking up the <br />phone to call the police. <br />After morediscussion, Authority members agreed no further action needed to <br />be taken by the Authority. <br />Secretary’s Report <br />Secretary Hanson reported there were 18 attendees at a special training the <br />Police Department provided for the servers at Ralphie’s. Chairperson Wilson <br />extended a thank you to the department for taking the time to provide the <br />training. <br />Hanson statedshe included a copy of a notification foran off-site sales room <br />from a Colorado winery. This licensing is done at the State level with notification <br />to the local entity. The winery will conduct tastings and sales in the Olde Towne <br />Village Market on selected days from October through December. <br />Authority Attorney’s Report <br />Authority Attorney Culley had no report. <br />Authority Comment <br />Authority members discussed whether or not to hold a meeting in December. <br />Wilson moved the Authority cancel the December meeting and meet in January. <br />Gunning seconded. All in favor. December Authority meeting canceled. <br />Adjourn <br />–Liptonmoved to adjourn. Carlsonseconded. All in favor.
