<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1173 FOR
<br />TRANSFERRING BY QUIT CLAIM DEED ANY TITLE AND INTEREST
<br />OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE IN A PEDESTRIAN ACCESS EASEMENT
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, current owners of certain property through which the City has a pedestrian access easement,
<br />have requested that said easement be transferred by quit claim deed to them; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the pedestrian access easement is not needed for any
<br />public use; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, such easement is not being used or held for park purposes or for any other governmental
<br />purpose; and
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO:

<br />S_e.ctionl. Any title and interest of the City of Louisville in the pedestrian access easement described
<br />in Exhibit" A" attached hereto and incorporated here in by this reference shall be transferred by quit claim deeds
<br />as follows:
<br />
<br />that half of the easement located on Lot 32, Louisville North Subdivision, First Filing, City of
<br />Louisville, County of Boulder, State of Colorado, shall be transferred to Mary Walker, current
<br />owner of Lot 32; that half of the easement located on Lot 33, Louisville North Subdivision, First
<br />Filing, City of Louisville, County of Boulder, State of Colorado, shall be transferred to David J.
<br />Atkinson, current owner of Lot 33; that half of the easement located on Lot 42, Louisville North
<br />Subdivision, First Filing, City of Louisville, County of Boulder, State of Colorado, shall be
<br />transferred to Marcia Robirds, current owner of Lot 42; that half of the easement located on Lot
<br />43, Louisville North Subdivision, First Filing, City of Louisville, County of Boulder, State of
<br />Colorado, shall be transferred to John Waller, current owner of Lot 43; that half of the easement
<br />located on Lot 55, Louisville North Subdivision, First Filing, City of Louisville, County of
<br />Boulder, State of Colorado, shall be transferred to Rudy and Silvia Montez, current owner of Lot
<br />55; and that half of the easement located on Lot 56, Louisville North Subdivision, First Filing,
<br />City of Louisville, County of Boulder, State of Colorado, shall be transferred to Emil and Ingrid
<br />Ortiz, current owner of Lot 56;
<br />
<br />Section2. The Mayor of the City of Louisville is authorized to execute on behalf of the City, the quit
<br />claim deeds described in Section 1.
