WHEREAS, the owner, Regal Investment Associates, requests that said property be rezoned; WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Louisville, after proper notice, has held a hearing as required by applicable law; WHEREAS, the City Council determines that the evidence before it establishes that the area for which rezoning is requested has changed or is changing to such a degree that it is in the public interest to rezone said property; NOW, mEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF mE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO; Section L That Section 17.04.050 of the Louisville Municipal Code entitled "Zoning Map-District Boundaries Established", and the boundary of the applicable district designated therein is hereby amended to include the following described property and such property shall be zoned in accordance with the zoning indicated after the description below: Lots 10 1, 102, 103 and Outlot A of the Aspen Greens Subdivision Zoning: AO - Administrative Office INTRODUC~D, READ, PASSED ON FIRST READING, AND ORDERED PUBLISHED this 15th day of November, 1994 .~- ---......
