Unsecured certificates of deposit, time deposits, and bankers' acceptances <br />(having maturities of not more than 30 days) of any bank the short-term obligations of which are <br />rated "A-I" or better by S&P. <br />5. Deposits the aggregate amount of which are fully insured by the Federal <br />Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), in banks which have capital and surplus of at least $5 <br />million. <br /> <br />6. Commercial paper (having original maturities of not more than 270 days) <br />rated "A-l +" by S&P and "Prime-I" by Moody's. <br />7. Money market funds rated "AAm" or "AAm-G" by S&P, or better. <br />8. "State Obligations," which means: <br />A. Direct general obligations of any state ofthe United States of America or any <br />subdivision or agency thereof to which is pledged the full faith and credit of a state <br />the unsecured general obligation debt of which is rated "A3" by Moody's and "A" by <br />S&P, or better, or any obligation fully and unconditionally guaranteed by any state, <br />subdivision or agency whose unsecured general obligation debt is so rated. <br />B. Direct general short-term obligations of any state agency or subdivision or <br />agency thereof described in (A) above and rated "A-l +" by S&P and "Prime-I" by <br />Moody's. <br />C. Special Revenue Bonds (as defined in the United States Bankruptcy Code) <br />of any state, state agency or subdivision described in (A) above and rated "AA" or <br />better by S&P and "Aa" or better by Moody's. <br /> <br />-5- <br />
