<br />#01587001 02/28/96 03:14 PM REAL ESTATE RECORDS <br />F2109 CHARLOTTE HOUSTON BOULDER CNTY CO RECORDER <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1166, <br />SERIES 1994 <br /> <br />S:{ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE <br />LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY ZONING PROPERTY <br />OWNED BY THE LOUISVIEW CORPORATION KNOWN AS THE GATEWAY <br />ANNEXATION ) &, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has annexed certain real property, by adopting Ordinance <br />No. 1166, Series 1994; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary that the zoning thereof be determined; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section..-l. That Section 17.04.050 of the Louisville Municipal Code, entitled "Zoning <br />Map -District Boundaries Established", shall be amended to include the following described <br />property, and that the parcel shall be zoned in accordance with the zoning indicated after the <br />description below: <br /> <br />See Attached Exhibit A, <br /> <br />"AO- T" - ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE - TRANSITION <br /> <br />See Attached Exhibit B, <br /> <br />"SF-R" - SINGLE FAMILY, RURAL, on Parcel Three as described on Exhibit B; <br /> <br />See Attached Exhibit C, <br /> <br />"R-RR" - RESTRICTED RURAL RESIDENTIAL, on Parcels Four and Five on Exhibit C. <br /> <br />SectioJL2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately after Ordinance No. 1165, Series <br />1994, takes effect. <br /> <br />SectioIL3. No more than two single family dwellings may be constructed on the portion <br />of the property located on the west side of McCaslin Boulevard (Parcels Four and Five on <br />Exhibit B). Such dwellings shall be single story and not more than twenty-six (26) feet in <br />height. The final number of such dwellings will be determined through the P.U.D. process <br />and may be one dwelling or two dwellings. <br />
