<br /> <br />City Council <br /> <br />Finance Committee <br /> <br />Meeting Minutes <br />September 17,2007 <br />City Hall, City Manager's Office <br />749 Mai n Street <br /> <br />Call to Order - The meeting was called to order at 5:00 pm. <br /> <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br /> <br />City Council: <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk and Council Members Sheri Marsella <br />and Ron Sackett <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Malcolm Fleming City Manager, Alan Miller, Acting <br />Finance Director <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Ron relayed comments from a constituent asking for funding to support the <br />Winter Skating Downtown. The Committee agreed to support $10,000 from the <br />Council Contingency for that purpose. <br /> <br />OPEN ISSUES <br /> <br />. The August Financial Statements were presented to the Finance <br />Committee. The narrative prepared by the Accounting Manager and <br />Finance Director can be located on the City's website at <br />www.ci.louisville.co.us. The Committee would like to see a formatting <br />change to more clearly and accurately reflect how current revenues <br />compare with historical trends. <br />. The Committee is okay with the budget calendar provided we make sure <br />the special meetings and times (6:00 p.m.) are well advertised. <br />.
