Proclamation -Culture of Giving Week <br />Council member Muckle arrived at 7:03 p.m. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />None. <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br />THE AGENDA <br />Council member Muckle commended the Louisville Historical Commission for <br />their 2005 Holiday Home Tour. <br />Council member Yarnell reported on the success of the Parade of Lights <br />activities. <br />Mayor Sisk reported on a transportation meeting. Mayor Sisk, Council member <br />Clabots and Marsella and Assistant City Manager for Governmental Relations <br />Heather Balser had an opportunity to ride one of the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) <br />hybrid buses, which were recently purchased by RTD. <br />Council member Sackett reported that it was Council member Marsella's <br />birthday.
