(F) Provide, if necessary, the names and telephone numbers of no less than six (6) <br />individuals) who are capable of working on the Election counting center's Inspection and <br />Duplication Board on election night, or any other election activities that the Clerk requires help <br />with, in her sole discretion. The names shall be submitted by the Election Officer to the Contact <br />Officer no later than October 22, 2007. The supervisor of the Ballot Resolution and Duplication <br />Board will provide instructions to the workers relative to their assigned task on election night <br />before they perform their assigned duty. The Resolution and Duplication Board shall perform <br />their duties in the public meeting room on the first floor of the County Clerk and Recorder's <br />office at 1750 33rd Street, Boulder no later than 7:00 p.m. on the evening of November 6, 2007. <br />Each representative will be paid $10.00 per hour for his or her services, if they wish to be paid. <br />(G) The City shall be responsible for providing a minimum of one (1) person to represent <br />the City on the Canvass Board, which shall be established as provided in The Colorado Revised <br />Statutes (1-10-202 through 1-10-205). The name of the representative shall be submitted to the <br />Contact Officer on or before October 22, 2007 the fifteenth day prior to the election. <br />(H) To participate in all statutorily required election tests conducted by the County <br />Clerk and pursuant to the County Clerk's direction. <br />(I) Issue a certified statement of results at the next City meeting following <br />certification by the County Clerk of the City's final results and prepare an abstract of votes for <br />each ballot issue. <br />(J) Pick up Election materials from the County Clerk when requested following the <br />Election. <br />(K) Store all Election materials not stored by the County Clerk for that time required <br />by the Colorado Revised Statutes or Secretary of State Rules. <br />(L) Pay actual costs for the County Clerk" services, supplies and mileage to the <br />County Clerk upon receipt of the itemized statement. <br />3.5 Cancellation of Election by the City. In the event that the City, at some time after <br />the execution of this IGA, resolves not to hold the Election, then notice of such resolution shall <br />be provided to the County Clerk immediately. Initial notice to the County Clerk may be <br />informal, however, as soon as possible, the City shall provide to the County Clerk proof of <br />formal action by the City's governing body canceling the election or withdrawing a ballot <br />issue(s). The City shall promptly pay the County Clerk the full actual costs of the activities of <br />the County Clerk relating to the Election incurred on the City's behalf both before and after the <br />County Clerk's receipt of such notice. The City shall publish notice, as defined in the Code, of <br />such cancellation or withdrawal of ballot or questions in at least two newspapers of general <br />circulation in Boulder County. The County Clerk shall post notice of the cancellation or <br />'These individuals must be capable of performing detailed, sometimes-tedious job <br />assignments related to receiving the voted ballots, preparing them for the Resolution and <br />Tabulation process, or others tasks related to the election. <br />
