RESOLUTION NO. 15 <br /> SERIES 2013 <br /> APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE AMENDED PARBOIS PLACE PLANNED <br /> UNIT DEVELOPMENT SPECIFIC TO REMOVING THE DEMOLITION <br /> REQUIREMENT AND ALLOWING A SECOND UNIT ON LOT 3, INCREASING THE <br /> DENSITY OF THE SUBDIVISION FROM 15 TO 16 UNITS <br /> WHEREAS, Section 17.28.210 of the Louisville Municipal Code (LMC) outlines the <br /> procedures for completing a amendments to a final planned unit development; and, <br /> WHEREAS,there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br /> application for a amendment to the Amended Parbois Place PUD to remove the condition that <br /> the house located on the east side of lot 3 be demolished and a second residential until be <br /> allowed on lot 3, increasing the of the density of the subdivision from 15 to 16 units; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a properly noticed public on February 28, <br /> 2013, at which hearing evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including but not <br /> limited to the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated February 28, <br /> 2013; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Planning Commission has forwarded to the City Council a recommendation of <br /> approval with the following condition: <br /> 1. A public land dedication fee shall be paid upon subdivision or creation of separate <br /> ownership for any portion of Lot 3 accordance with section 16.16.060 of the Louisville <br /> Municipal Code(LMC). <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br /> Colorado does hereby approve of an amendment to the Amended Parbois Place Planned Unit <br /> Development(PUD) to remove the condition that the house located on the east side of Lot 3 be <br /> demolished and a second residential until be allowed on lot 3, increasing the of the density of the <br /> subdivision from 15 to 16 units with one condition: <br /> 1.
