<br />RESOLUTION NO. 37, SERIES 1993 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO APPROVING AN <br />INCREASE IN THE SURCHARGE FOR EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SERVICES FROM $.38 <br />TO $.50. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has reviewed the proposed 1994 budget of the Boulder <br />Regional Emergency Telephone Service Authority~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Authority conducted a public hearing on August 6, 1993 on the proposed <br />increase and budget, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there was no public comment on either item, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Louisville is satisfied that the proposed increase in the <br />surcharge from $ .38 to $ .50 is warranted. <br /> <br />NOW, mEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado <br />hereby authorizes an increase in the surcharge by the Boulder Regional Emergency Telephone <br />Service Authority for emergency telephone services from $ .38 to $ .50. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 6th day of October, 1993. <br /> <br />~ ~r~~L--_ <br /> <br />Tom Davidson, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />
