<br />9. Show comer vision clearance on landscape plan and relocate trees to outside vision clearance. <br /> <br />10. Relocate entry islands at Century Drive and McCaslin Blvd. entrances to outside of ROW. <br />Relocate trees shown in right-inlright-out entry island on McCaslin to location that will not <br />hamper vision clearance. <br /> <br />11. Show detached sidewalk along McCaslin Boulevard. Label typical width of internal sidewalks. <br /> <br />12. Show detail of proposed wall sign on clubhouse. Eliminate sign walls at entrances. <br /> <br />13. Show detail elevation of proposed mail and trash enclosure. <br /> <br />14. Indicate areas to be sodded and/or seeded and indicate type of grass (i.e. blue grass, fescue or <br />mix). <br /> <br />15. Note brick pavers at entrances to be maintained by property owners. <br /> <br />16. Modify parking spaces at McCaslin Blvd. entrance to increase setback. <br /> <br />17. Final plan shall be reviewed and approved by the Fire District <br /> <br />18.
