Louisville City Council Meeting <br />May 21, 2002 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />MOTION: Davidson moved that Council continue Ordinance No. 1377, Series 2002, to <br />June 18, 2002, seconded by Levihn. All in favor. <br /> <br />Sisk stated that two businesses are affected by the ordinance. He asked that those <br />businesses be represented at the hearing. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1382, SERIES 2002 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />ARTICLE 32 OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE <br />CONCERNING SEWER USE REGULATIONS - 2nd reading - public hearing <br />(advertised Daily Camera 5/11/02) <br /> <br />Davidson called for City Attomey introduction. <br /> <br />City Attomey Light read Ordinance No. 1382, Series 2002. <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing and called for Staff presentation. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Tom Phare reported that under the directive and requirements of <br />the EPA regulatory authority and to comply with newly revised definitions in the Code of <br />Federal Regulations, Industrial Pretreatment Rules and Regulations, the City is required <br />to make amendments to the Sewer Use Ordinance. <br /> <br />MOTION: Brown moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1382, Series 2002, <br />seconded by Sisk. Roll call vote was taken. The motion passed by a vote of 7-0. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1383, SERIES 2002 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />SECTION 1.20.020 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING <br />WARD BOUNDARIES -2nd reading - public hearing (advertised Daily Camera <br />5/11/02) <br /> <br />Davidson called for City Attorney introduction. <br /> <br />City Attorney Light read Ordinance No. 1383, Series 2002. <br /> <br />Davidson called for Staff presentation. <br /> <br />City Clerk Nancy Varra reported that on May 7, 2002, Council passed Resolution No. 15, <br />Series 2002, which changed the ward boundaries for the City of Louisville to conform to <br />constitutional apportionment and the Home Rule Charter. Ordinance No. 1383, Series <br />2002, amends Section 1.20.020 of the Louisville Municipal Code to reflect those changes <br />in the ward boundaries. <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing and asked if anyone in the audience wished to speak <br />for or against Ordinance No. 1383, Series 2002. <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br /> <br />
