Approval of Resolution No. 39, Series 2007 - A Resolution <br />Approving a Final Subdivision Plat for Two Lots on 225 <br />Roosevelt, Loi` 1, Block 1, Kimberly Subdivision, Known as <br />Taylor Minor Subdivision <br />Mayor Sisk returned to the meeting at 7:03 p.m. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />Jared Berg, 688 West Dahlia Street, Louisville, CO voiced his concern over the <br />traffic and speed along Dahlia Street, and suggested multiple stop signs. <br />Stephen Whiteman, 629 W Dahlia Street, Louisville, CO stated many Dahlia <br />Street residents were present. He thanked Council for their consideration in <br />traffic calming measures along Dahlia. <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br />THE AGENDA <br />Mayor Pro Tem Brown acknowledged and thanked the individuals responsible for <br />the Relay for Life event held at Monarch High School, on Sunday, August 12. <br />Mayor Sisk thanked Mayor Pro Tem Brown for representing the City at the Relay <br />for Life Event. He also thanked Council members Marsella and Muckle for <br />attending and representing the City at the Broomfield City Council meeting, for <br />the Hoyle IGA Amendment discussion. He referred to a letter and article he <br />received from Louisville resident George Emmett. The article appeared in the <br />May 9, 2007 Business Week magazine, and named Louisville as one of the 20 <br />Best Affordable Suburbs in the ~Nestern United States. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />Interim City Manager Balser requested Staff reports. <br />Public Works Director Phare addressed measures to mitigate traffic and the <br />speed of cars along Polk and Dahlia Streets. One option is to redirect traffic from <br />Dahlia and Polk to a neighboring street, which would impact that street. He <br />
