RESOLUTION NO. 58 <br />SERIES 2013 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A TWENTY -EIGHT (28) MONTH EXTENSION OF THE <br />EXPIRATION DATE OF THE FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR LOT <br />1, COLORADO TECHNOLOGICAL CENTER, FILING 3 (1900 CHERRY ST) FROM <br />DECEMBER 31, 2011 TO APRIL 30, 2014 <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council an application <br />for a twenty -eight (28) month extension of the expiration date of the final planned unit <br />development plan for Lot 1, Colorado Technological Center, Filing 3 (1900 Cherry St.) from <br />December 31, 2011 to April 30, 2014; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found it <br />complies with Louisville Municipal Code — Chapter 17.28; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Louisville's regulatory tools and design guidelines related to <br />the subject site have not changed since the final planned unit development plan was <br />originally approved by the Louisville City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the area surrounding the final planned unit development plan has not <br />experienced significant contextual change in the time since it was originally approved by <br />the Louisville City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on October 10, 2013, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated October 10, 2013, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of said PUD extension to the City Council without <br />conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission, and finds that it complies with Chapter <br />17.28.210 of the Louisville Municipal Code; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve a twenty -eight (28) month extension of the expiration date <br />of the final planned unit development plan for Lot 1, Colorado Technological Center, Filing <br />3 (1900 Cherry St.) from December 31, 2011 to April 30, 2014, with the following condition: <br />1.
