RESOLUTION NO. 57 <br />SERIES 2013 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE FINAL PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT (PUD) TO DECREASE THE SIZE OF THE APPROVED BUILDING <br />AND FOR A THREE (3) YEAR EXTENSION OF THE EXPIRATION DATE OF THE <br />FINAL PUD PLAN FOR LOTS 1 AND 2, OF REPLAT C, THE BUSINESS CENTER AT <br />CTC <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council an application <br />to amend an existing final PUD to decrease the size of the approved building and for a <br />three (3) year extension of the expiration date of the final PUD plan for Lots 1 and 2, of <br />Replat C, the Business Center at CTC; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Louisville's regulatory tools and design guidelines related to <br />the subject site have not changed since the final planned unit development plan was <br />originally approved by the Louisville City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the area surrounding the final planned unit development plan has not <br />experienced significant contextual change in the time since it was originally approved by <br />the Louisville City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on October 10, 2013, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated October 10, 2013, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of said PUD extension to the City Council without <br />conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission, and finds that it complies with Chapter <br />17.28.210 of the Louisville Municipal Code; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve an application to amend an existing final PUD to <br />decrease the size of the approved building and for a three (3) year extension of the <br />expiration date of the extend the expiration date of the final PUD plan for Lots 1 and 2, of <br />Replat C, the Business Center at CTC, with the following conditions: <br />1. Building mounted signs shall be limited to 15 square feet each and one per tenant. <br />2.
