RESOLUTION NO. 63 <br />SERIES 2013 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) PLAN <br />TO ALLOW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 136,701 SQUARE FOOT BUILDING <br />CONSISTING OF FLEX WAREHOUSE/INDUSTRIAL /OFFICE SPACE ON LOTS 1, 2, 3, <br />AND 4 OF THE BUSINESS CENTER AT CTC SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council an application <br />for a final planned unit development (PUD) to allow for the construction of a 136,701 <br />square foot building consisting of flex warehouse /industrial /office space on Lots 1, 2, 3, <br />and 4, of the Business Center at CTC Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found it <br />complies with Louisville Municipal Code — Chapter 17.28; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on November 14, 2013, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated November 14, 2013, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of said PUD extension to the City Council with the <br />following condition; and <br />1. The applicant shall replace all Ash trees in the landscape plan with a like, or similar <br />tree, such as a Honey Locust, due to the possibility of the Emerald Ash Borer Beetle <br />infection. <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission, and finds that it complies with Chapter <br />17.28.210 of the Louisville Municipal Code; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve a final planned unit development (PUD) to allow for the <br />construction of a 136,701 square foot building consisting of flex warehouse /industrial /office <br />space on Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, of the Business Center at CTC Subdivision, with the following <br />condition: <br />1.
