He suggested that the property owner acknowledge this <br />prOvision. <br /> <br />Mayer commented that Pots & Paints or some other retail business would come forward <br />with a request for an additional sign. <br /> <br />MOTION: Keany moved that Council approve Resolution No. 30, Series 2002, <br />seconded by Levihn. <br /> <br />Davidson offered a friendly amendment that the property owner acknowledges this is the <br />last sign variance that will be permitted. <br /> <br />Keany voiced his concern that the original PUD may allow additional signs. <br /> <br />City Attorney Light stated that the property owner could be required to acknowledge this <br />PUD amendment. He stated that a non-eligible building is now eligible for signage; <br />therefore the property owner can sign the PUD amendment for that purpose. Light <br />suggested that the resolution include the black metal border that was mentioned by <br />Council member Levihn. <br /> <br />Keany and Levihn accepted the amendment. <br /> <br />Davidson noted that the current resolmion is conditioned for Atlanta Bread only, and <br />questioned whether it should be amended. <br /> <br />Keany asked that the language of the resolution be left as written. <br /> <br />Sisk asked if the resolution's second condition was eliminated. Keany responded no. <br /> <br />VOTE: Roll call vote was taken. The motion passed by a vote of 5-2. Sisk and Mayer <br />voted no. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 31, SERIES 2002 - AMENDED PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />FOR A TWO-STORY EXPANSION, KOKOPLAZA, <br />917 FRONT STREET, LOT 2 <br /> <br />Davidson called for Staff presentation. <br /> <br />Principal Planner Ken Johnstone reviewed that the applicant/owner, Arlin Lehman, is <br />requesting authorization to amend the approved Final PUD Development plan for 917 <br />Front Street. The addition will be located to the north of the existing building, which was <br />completed several months ago. Johnstone reviewed the property's background and noted <br />that the Final PUD Development Plan for 917 Front Street was approved in August of <br />2000, and then additional land was acquired for a parking lot at 925/937 From Street. <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br /> <br />
