<br />Section 5. No vote shall be received or permitted by the judges of the special <br />municipal election unless the person offering the same shall be at least eighteen years of age <br />and a citizen of the United States, who shall have resided in the municipal election ward <br />for twenty-five days prior to the date of the special municipal election and be registered as <br />provided by law. <br />Section 6. The ward boundaries for the election shall be the same as those <br />established for general elections by the City and on file with the City Clerk. The polling <br />places for the election shall be as set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto. <br />Section 7. The City Clerk shall give public notice of the election: <br />A By causing the notice of election to be published in The Louisville <br />Times, a bi-weekly newspaper having general circulation in the City, in the next <br />to last issue thereof before the day of the election, which will appear on <br />June 24, 1992. <br />B. By posting, or causing to be posted, conspicuously, at least ten days <br />before the election, a copy of the notice in a conspicuous place in the Clerk's <br />office. <br /> <br />C. By posting, or causing to be posted, conspicuously, at least ten days <br />before the election a sign at each polling place for the election which sign shall <br />contain the words "POlliNG PLACE FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE," <br />and which shall state the date of the election and the hours the polling place <br />will be open. <br />The notice shall state the date of the election and the hours during which the polls will be <br />open; designate the polling place of the ward; state the qualifications of persons to vote in <br />the election; the questions to be voted upon; and state the last date applications for absent <br />voters' ballots will be accepted by the Clerk. <br />Section 8. The notice of the submission of the bond questions at the election <br />shall be in substantially the following form: <br /> <br />- 7 - <br />
