CityCouncil <br />WaterCommittee <br />-Draft -Meeting Minutes <br />Thursday,August23, 2013 <br />nd <br />Council Chambers, City Hall, 2Floor <br />7:30-9:00 am(Front doors will be unlocked at 7:15 am) <br />I.Call to Order <br />–Bob Mucklecalled the meeting to order at 7:40am. <br />II.Roll Call <br />was taken and the following members were present: <br />City Council:HankDalton(9:10am), Susan Loo, Bob Muckle <br />- <br />Absent:None <br />.Malcolm Fleming, Kurt Kowar, Dmitry Tepo, Graham Clark, Paul <br />Staff Present: <br />Flack (Resource Based International) <br />Public:Tom Phare <br />III. <br />Approval of Agenda:Agenda approved. <br />IV.Approval of the Minutes:The March 22, 2013 meeting minutes were approved as <br />written. <br />V.PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA: <br />None. <br />VI.Update –Legal <br />Marshall Lake / South Boulder & Coal Creek Share Transfer-There are <br />roughly 3.5 weeks remaining until the trial andmost opposers have <br />settled out of the case.Staff is hopeful that all opposers will settle prior to <br />the trial. <br />Other Cases <br />i.Flyfisher Group –City is in opposition to this case to preserve <br />historical flows througha stretchof South Boulder Creek that has <br />in-stream flow requirements.
