<br />001155217 01;16/92 01 :56 PM REAL ESTATE RECORDS <br />F1711 CHARLOTTE HOUSTON BOULDER CNTY CO RECORDER <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.1, SERIES 1992 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO TIIE FINAL PUD <br />DEVELOPMENT PIAN FOR SADDLEBACK SECOND FILING <br /> <br />~ <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by ROBERT j <br />DOZIER AND RICHARD W ANUSH, an amendment to the Final PUD Development <br />Plan ("Plan") for Saddleback Second Filing, which amendment changes the rear lot line <br />fence design for Lots 14, 15 and a portion of Lot 16 to allow a 6'shadowbox-style privacy <br />fence along Tyler Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the amendment to the Plan have been reviewed <br />by City staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the <br />Louisville Zoning Ordinances, Subdivision Regulations and related policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said amendment, <br />the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said amendment to the Final PUD <br />Development Plan should be approved. <br /> <br />NOW, TIIEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br />of Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve an amendment to the Final PUD <br />Development Plan for Saddleback Second Filing, which changes the required rear yard <br />fence design for lots 14, 15, and a portion of lot 16 to allow a 6 foot shadowbox-style <br />privacy fence along Tyler Avenue. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPIED this 7th day of January, 1992. <br /> <br />~~~ <br /> <br />Herman Fauson, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />Linda alas, Deputy City Clerk <br />
