ILZ Cityo <br /> f <br /> Louisville <br /> COLORADO -SINCE 1878 <br /> City Council <br /> Meeting Minutes <br /> January 21, 2014 <br /> City Hall, Council Chambers <br /> 749 Main Street <br /> 7:00 PM <br /> Call to Order—The meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br /> City Council: Mayor Robert Muckle, Mayor Pro Tern Hank Dalton. <br /> Council members: Jay Keany, Ashley Stolzmann, <br /> Susan Loo, Emily Jasiak and Jeff Lipton <br /> Staff Present: Malcolm Fleming, City Manager <br /> Kevin Watson, Finance Director <br /> Bruce Goodman, Police Chief <br /> Troy Russ, Planning Director <br /> Ken Swanson, Chief Building Official <br /> Scott Robinson, Planner ll <br /> Nancy Varra, City Clerk <br /> Others Present: Sam Light, City Attorney <br /> Tim Parker, Fire Chief <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> Mrs. Cauley's Coal Creek Elementary 1st Grade class led the pledge of allegiance. <br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Mayor Muckle moved to approve the agenda, seconded by Council member Keany. All <br /> were in favor. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> Jean Morgan, 1131 Spruce Street, Louisville, CO recommended the City Council <br /> consider establishing a Pioneer Park for the relocation of Louisville historic buildings, <br /> which may otherwise be demolished. Another idea would be to place these buildings <br /> within an established parks and pocket parks.
