SINCE 1878 <br />[ N <br />Additional BCHA Services in Louisville <br />Housing Choice Vouchers <br />Housing Choice Vouchers (formerly known as Section 8) allow low income clients to lease <br />apartments in the private rental market. Clients pay 30% of their income on rent, and HUD <br />pays the reminder. BCHA administers 809 Housing Choice Vouchers.
