• <br /> LOUISVILLE ARTS AND HUMANITIES COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> I JULY 19, 1990 <br /> I Present at the meeting John Hansen, Mary O'Brien, Nancy Westergaard and <br /> Joanne Lyman. <br /> The minutes were accepted with the following corrections: <br /> 1 ) A grant proposal in the amount of $1,000.00 for Louisville Recreation <br /> ' Center to be submitted to the Scientific and Cultural Facilities <br /> District was included in our grant proposal requests. <br /> 111 2) A letterhead was chosen._ <br /> 3) The LAHC grant request for a piano was changed from $2000. to $2500 <br /> Nancy (Treasurer) reported a total balance of $5,500.01 in the LAHC account. <br /> ' $590.50- Administrative Balance <br /> $ 1650.00- Library Balance <br /> ' $600.00- Concert (Labor Day) <br /> $1500.00- Kiln Fund <br /> r Income <br /> ' 3,: 50.00- SCFTD disbursement -. <br /> rMary O'Brien reports the "Get Well" correspondence she has sent to Carolyn <br /> Markham on behalf of the LAHC members. <br /> r , <br /> I John Hansen reported that he will meet with Pat Williams to determine <br /> the status of the LAHC's 501 c3 .(federal form for nonprofit organizations) <br /> ip r <br /> The LAHC was informed that in order for their meetings to take place in the <br /> Community Cultural Center a written agreement(indicating responsibilites <br /> and releases) would be appropriate for all concerned parties. <br /> John (Vice Pres) will meet with Steve Baysinger 7/20/90 to discuss this <br /> proposal. <br />
